PiffWell was founded by Luca Pignatelli, a native Paraguayan who grew up in New York City. Living with Crohn’s disease from the age of 15, Luca has had chronic pain among residual effects such as insomnia, discomfort, and dietary restrictions for over 15 years. During his journey in seeking medical and holistic advice, the hemp plant has been a constant medicine for him.
