About Me
Founder Luca Pignatelli is a native New Yorker, from Paraguayan decent. His first encounter with this plant came about 20 years ago. Cannabinoid was extremely taboo and misunderstood, still is in some parts of the world. However, it has become wildy researched and commended for the overall health qualities for mental health and chronic pain.
Diagnosed with Crohn’s disease at the age of 16 at the height of his tennis career, a family friend introduced Luca to the medicinal benefits of hemp and cannabis flowers. He has spent years learning from the plant on a personal and educational level, not only from a patient but also athlete.
It wasn’t until moving to Los Angeles 6 years ago, Luca started to witness the overhaul of big corporations abusing the control and profit of THC & CBD. Vowed to advocate and expand the use for medicinal, physiological, and psychological acceptance; PiffWell was created.
